Return & Exchange 


What is Nore 21’s return and exchange policy?


We have a strict 7-day easy return and exchange policy on products purchased from the website for any reason with a receipt of the item and we ask you to return the product in its original condition with tags and packaging. You can try the products on but please take adequate measures with the products in case of any doubts about return or exchange.



After the return is made, you can get store credits for the products returned. The store credits can be used for future purchases with Nore 21. If the return & exchange is in regards to size, please note that we can only offer a size up or down if it’s available. If the product is expected to be exchanged with an alternate product, we’d suggest returning the product, obtaining the store credit, and making the next purchase using it.


Exceptions and Rules for Return & Exchange


 Any customized product is NOT eligible for return or exchange.


The product HAS to be in the original condition with tags and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.


Products purchased from Nore 21’s website and app are ONLY eligible for return or exchange. Any third-party purchase is not applicable. Please note that once the order is delivered only then customers can raise a request for exchange or return. 


 Please allow 24 hours after the delivery of the product to be updated on the website/ account.


 Please check the products, type of return/exchange, and all the details very carefully. Our delivery partners will be assigned accordingly and will pick up only the products that have been mentioned in the request. No exceptions will be made.


If opting for self-shipping for return/exchange, make sure to pack the products safely and securely to prevent any loss or damage to the products during transit. A certain amount will be reimbursed subject to the product’s return and whether it meets our Returns and Exchange Policy.


Please note that if opting for self-shipping, informing us of the information is a must; otherwise, we won’t process the return.


If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer needs to inform our customer care executive, and only then the order will be canceled if the amount is prepaid, store credits will be transferred into the customer’s Nore21 account. 



How to return the products purchased from Nore 21?


Please follow the below-mentioned steps to process the returns for the products purchased from Nore 21.


Click on Return under the My Order section and make sure that the Return ID is generated towards the end of the process. Products are only eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.  


All refunds will be credited in the form of store credits. 


If you have opted for a pick-up facility, please place the products in the packet making sure that they are in their original condition with tags, unwashed and unused. Please wait for 1-3 business days for our delivery partners to reach the location mentioned to pick up the product and process the returns.


If you opt for self-shipping for return, please make sure that the products are packed safely, are secured with tags, and are unused and unwashed. Always choose a reliable delivery/courier partner to ship the product and make sure to inform us beforehand.

Send an email at Hello@nore21.com or a text message at +91 6367408385 detailing the details of the courier service for us to be able to track the product. As soon as the product reaches the destination, an amount will be reimbursed to the account.  


In case of multiple exchange/return products from a single order, we would generate a single Return ID/ Exchange ID for all and customers will be informed via email and SMS.


If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer needs to inform our customer care executive, and only then the order will be canceled if the amount is prepaid, store credits will be transferred into the customer’s Nore21 account. 



How to exchange the products purchased from Nore 21?

 

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to process the exchange for the products purchased from Nore 21.

Post-pick-up will initiate the process of exchange within 24-48 hours and if the exchange size is not available, will reach out to convert the exchange into store credit or refund as suitable.

Once the product exchanged reaches the final destination, we will no longer entertain any further exchange. If customers want to exchange the product yet again, the product should be self-shipped to the address mentioned.

Steps to follow for raising a ticket for the return or exchange of the products 


1. Customer has to log in with the ID and zip or email or phone number that is registered. 

2. If the details match up, the customer can apply for a return or exchange or the products that have already been delivered. 

3. Customers have to select the product to be returned or exchanged, then explain the reason for return or exchange from the drop-down menu which showcases about 11 options, press confirm, and wait for our customer care supervisor to take over. 

4. Once the team checks the eligibility of the product for exchange or return, the process begins. 

5. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the customer needs to inform our customer care executive, and only then the order will be canceled if the amount is prepaid, store credits will be transferred into the customer’s Nore21 account. 



How to redeem the store credits?

 

Please sign in with the registered email ID to view the store credits and while checking out, a store credit tab will reflect the store credits that will be deducted from the total amount.


Please note that if the product is not yet dispatched and the customer has opted to cancel the order, then the amount will also be returned in the form of store credit or gift voucher, which can be redeemed on the next purchase. 

 

What to do if you receive a damaged/incomplete/wrong product?

 

In case of receiving a damaged product/ wrong delivery/ defective product/ incomplete order from Nore 21, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with the pictures. You can raise a return or exchange ID as mentioned above.

 

Please provide with 3-5 images.

 

Please mention clearly if the product is damaged/defective or missing.

 

Please send us the image of the original label and tags along with the invoice.
