We at Nore 21 understand the importance of on-time delivery of the products ordered by the customers in the finest condition, which is why we have partnered with reliable and reputed delivery partners that can be trusted and assure that the products will be delivered without any hassle


Please go through the shipping policy mentioned below to understand the process and make it easy for the parties involved.


How does the shipping process at Nore 21 work?



  • Once the order is placed at Nore 21 along with payments, orders are dispatched within 7 working days from the date of receipt. If the order requires customization, once we receive the details, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates accordingly and reaches out via mail.
  • The shipping duration mentioned above is an approximate date, and if the orders are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to inform the customer and give an update about the order.
  • We request that the customers reach out to customer care if the orders are delayed after 7 days and there has been no updated information provided on the order placed.
  • As soon as the order is packed and ready to ship, the details will be shared with the customer via the details provided, which include WhatsApp, email, and text messages. The customer can easily track the order.
  • Please note that Nore 21 is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company and will not be able to generate a refund, return, or exchange in such situations.
  • Customers should be aware that the delivery company will make two to three attempts at delivering the order, and if the order is not yet received after three attempts, either the delivery charges will be applicable or the delivery company could send us back the order.
  • If the customer is willing to get the order re-shipped, delivery charges will be applicable since the entire process has to be repeated.

 


What is the shipping cost?



For domestic shipping:


Shipping of products across India is free on prepaid orders 

We usually ship products in 7 working days.

150 INR will be charged if you opt for cash on delivery.


For international shipping:


Please note that for international orders of and below INR 25000, the shipping charge is INR 2300/kg. For orders above INR 25000, shipping is free.



The import duties applicable to international orders will be borne by the customer, and Nore 21 will not be responsible for them.



Can I track my order?


Once the orders are packed and ready to ship, a message or email will be sent to the customer mentioning all the details of the order along with a link via which the customer can track the status of the order from the courier service website.

What does it mean that I will receive my order in multiple shipments? 


Please note that if customers have ordered multiple products from our website, the products will be delivered in multiple deliveries according to the product's availability and customization.


If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the tracking details of the products along with the estimated delivery date will be communicated through mail or text.


I want to cancel my order. How does that work?


Once the orders are shipped to the customer’s place, they cannot be canceled, but if they're in the packaging and getting ready to be shipped, they can be canceled. The option to cancel the order will be available on the website as well as the app, and this includes items purchased on sale as well.



When will I receive my refund?


Once the order is canceled, please note that if the order was prepaid, the refund will be credited to the customer’s Nore 21 account in the form of store credit, which can be used while shopping the next time. 


To avail of store credit on your next purchase, please sign in with the registered email ID to view the store credits, and while checking out, a store credit tab will reflect the store credits that will be deducted from the total amount.



Can I modify my order?


Yes, the customer can change the address of the delivery, but please note that the address can only be changed until the order has not been picked up by the delivery service. If the delivery service company picks up the order, we cannot change the address. 


The customer can change or update the new address under the ‘change address’ option, which is available under the My Order section of the website.

 


Why is my order delayed?


We at Nore 21 understand the need for quick and seamless delivery, and we have set a delivery date according to the same. If, in any case, the product is not delivered by the given date, please reach out to us at hello@nore21.com, call us, or drop us a text at +916367408385 so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
